Senior / Staff Full-Stack Engineer

We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for an engineer who sees a distributed system and immediately starts asking the right questions about state, consistency, and failure modes.

This role spans product, backend, infrastructure, and operational judgment. The work ships quickly, and ownership is real.

About Blue Language Labs

Blue is building foundational infrastructure for the AI economy: a protocol for structured, verifiable, multi-party agreements that execute deterministically, leave an audit trail, and work across real-world systems.

We are building the trust layer AI agents need to coordinate safely across company boundaries, without replacing the financial rails businesses already use.

PayNotes

Programmable payments with conditional capture, milestone releases, refunds, vouchers, and partner settlement.

MyOS

An orchestration layer for merchants and agents that makes cross-platform trust practical without exposing the protocol directly.

The Role

You will own features end-to-end, from the React surface a merchant clicks to the Lambda function that settles a transaction to the AWS infrastructure that keeps everything standing.

There are no handoffs between 'front' and 'back'. You'll work directly with the founding team, ship to production fast, and stay close to the operational consequences of your decisions.

What you'll do

  • Design and ship full-stack features across payments, document workflows, and agent orchestration.
  • Build careful systems that demand idempotency, auditability, and safe retry logic.
  • Own AWS architecture decisions, serverless services, infrastructure as code, cost, and security.
  • Work with PostgreSQL-backed services and event-driven components.
  • Use modern AI tooling, including coding agents and LLM-assisted workflows, to speed up development and experimentation.
