About Blue Language Labs
Blue is building foundational infrastructure for the AI economy: a protocol for structured, verifiable, multi-party agreements that execute deterministically, leave an audit trail, and work across real-world systems.
We are building the trust layer AI agents need to coordinate safely across company boundaries, without replacing the financial rails businesses already use.
This is the kind of work that looks obvious only in hindsight: difficult systems problems, a small team, and product decisions that move directly into production.
PayNotes
Programmable payments with conditional capture, milestone releases, refunds, vouchers, and partner settlement.
MyOS
An orchestration layer for merchants and agents that makes cross-platform trust practical without exposing the protocol directly.
The Role
You will own features end-to-end, from the React surface a merchant clicks to the Lambda function that settles a transaction to the AWS infrastructure that keeps everything standing.
There are no handoffs between 'front' and 'back'. You'll work directly with the founding team, ship to production fast, and stay close to the operational consequences of your decisions.
What you'll do
- Design and ship full-stack features across payments, document workflows, and agent orchestration.
- Build careful systems that demand idempotency, auditability, and safe retry logic.
- Own AWS architecture decisions, serverless services, infrastructure as code, cost, and security.
- Work with PostgreSQL-backed services and event-driven components.
- Use modern AI tooling, including coding agents and LLM-assisted workflows, to speed up development and experimentation.
What you get
- Competitive salary (B2B, based on experience).
- Equity - we want you to own a meaningful piece of what you're building.
- Fully remote work with an async-first culture.
- A small team where you'll have visible impact from day one.
- Technology that is genuinely novel - this isn't a CRUD app.
Why this role matters
Protocols do not get built by committees. They get built by small teams who understood the problem before anyone else did. If that's the work you want to do, we'd like to hear from you.
